📬 Communication Policy

For business, security, compliance, and recordkeeping, all initial communications must be sent by email. This protects both parties if any legal matters come up.

• Commission-based positions based on net positive sales
• Performance-based opportunities — daily, weekly, & monthly contests with goal perks and increased percentages at each goal level
• Revenue-sharing arrangements (everyone works in commission-based positions)
• Independent contractor positions (no tax taken out; you're responsible to the IRS)
• Hybrid compensation structures — when appropriate, may include bonus goals, free store credits, or daily, weekly, and monthly party bonus earnings

Compensation is generally tied to measurable results and verified performance. We want to create opportunities where everyone shares in the rewards of growth while keeping the business strong and stable.

📊 Performance & Tracking Requirements

All sales, leads, conversions, traffic, and performance claims must be measurable through systems in use, supported to offset the cost of the system, controlled, and/or approved by Piper's Shroom Works.

• Any proposed software, subscriptions, advertising platforms, or tools that create additional business expenses must demonstrate a reasonable path toward generating revenue sufficient to offset those costs.
• All tracking must remain transparent and verifiable.
• Business activities must support the company's financial health.
• Expenses must be justified by measurable business value.
• Performance must be supported by actual results.

• No financial access will be granted.
• No customer information will be shared.
• No ownership permissions will be granted.
• No operational control will be provided.

If a working relationship is established, access will be limited to only the permissions necessary to perform agreed-upon responsibilities.
